EOI – Workshop Facilitators
Liverpool City Council invites expressions of interest from artists, educators, creative practitioners and community groups at any stage of their career who are interested in running workshops at Liverpool Powerhouse. The Liverpool Powerhouse is interested in all areas of craft and design, whether it be decorative, functional or conceptual.
What's on Offer?
The Liverpool Powerhouse can offer the right facilitator the following:
- Ability to run your workshop in a high-profile cultural precinct.
- Support for marketing and brand exposure.
- Access to on-site infrastructure and a growing destination precinct.
Who should apply?
The Liverpool Powerhouse is looking for creatives with a passion for arts and community engagement who can demonstrate the following key requirements:
- A proved track record delivering high end creative workshops.
- A compelling workshop brief with key deliverables.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current examples of recent workshops and/or activities delivered.

EOI – Performer – Sunday Live Sessions
Liverpool Powerhouse is excited to launch a new live music offering at the Bellbird Dining & Bar – and we’re on the lookout for talented soloists and duos to bring the vibes!
We’re now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from performers to deliver chilled, engaging live sets as part of our Sunday Live Sessions series.
Sunday Live Sessions – Event Details Join us for a relaxed dining experience enhanced by live music – the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
- Dates: Sundays from September to December 2025
- Time: 11am – 3pm
- Location: Bellbird Dining & Bar, Liverpool Powerhouse
We’re looking for performers to play cool, acoustic-style sets of Top 100 songs and covers – something smooth and easy going to complement our popular bottomless brunches.

EOI – Busking Application
Liverpool City Council are currently seeking talented local performers who are interested in busking opportunities within the CBD.
As the CBD continues to grow into a vibrant cultural and community destination, attracting increasing numbers of visitors, workers and local residents, Council is looking to support and showcase a diverse range of performers who can help bring energy, creativity and atmosphere to the area.
We welcome expressions of interest from musicians, singers, instrumentalists, dancers and street entertainers who are passionate about performing and engaging with the community.
